Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship items are delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation. For made-to-order or custom pieces, production typically takes 14–20 days before dispatch. International shipping is available with additional fees, and delivery times vary by destination. Duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Exchange Policy
Products are not eligible for returns, but exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, certificates, and accessories. Custom-made, engraved, or resized items are not eligible for exchange.
